About The Founder Engine™
What it does
The Founder Engine™ is a pre-campaign operating system for founder-led outbound. Before a founder spends a single dollar on sending, the Outbound Readiness Test™, a free, roughly 15-minute diagnostic, examines the eight elements that decide whether outbound can work: market clarity, ICP precision, positioning, founder recognition, trust and proof, outbound readiness, sales conversion, and the feedback loop. Each element is scored on evidence, all eight are laid out as one profile with the one to start on named, and the result is a clear verdict with the single highest-leverage repair. From there, the workspace carries the verdict forward: chapter-based builders sharpen strategy, ICP, proof, and messaging; a Readiness Gate re-checks every claim against evidence before anything launches; and the Launch Pack turns the result into a controlled first test with kill criteria, tracked signals, and a review date.
Why this exists

I kept watching the same thing happen. A founder raises, decides it is time to do outbound properly, hires a rep or signs an agency, and spends two quarters discovering that the problem was never the sending. It was the ICP, or the proof, or the fact that nobody had written down what would count as failure.
The check that would have caught it takes about fifteen minutes. Nobody was selling that check, because there is no money in telling people to wait. So I built it, and then I built the thing that fixes what it finds.
Who it is for
It is built for B2B founders who sell themselves: pre-seed and seed teams with no SDR bench, technical founders facing their first real sales motion, and operators repairing a campaign that failed before spending on it twice. If you are the one writing the messages and taking the calls, this is for you.
Who builds it
The Founder Engine is built by Itay Asaf, with a small team of outbound operators who have run these motions themselves. Itay hired the SDRs, watched budgets burn, and learned the hard way that a list is not a reason to care. Every gate, rubric, and repair plan in the product is a lesson from the shop floor, coded.
